Our ongoing technology support services include network and desktop management. We provide ongoing technology support to small to mid-sized Indianapolis businesses and not-for- profits by serving as their outsourced IT department. All of our service options include 24/7 remote and desk side monitoring, management and support. This includes support of your IT infrastructure equipment, network performance, applications and your computer users.

We offer three options for your IT support service model – Hosted IT Support Solution, Support Leveraging Your Technology Equipment or Hybrid Model.

Your IT support service model can be all inclusive offered via hosted solutions using our network equipment and components (including servers, routers, firewalls and switches) from Indiana’s most secure commercial data center (n|Frame). We can manage your network from your location using your equipment or we can do a combination of the two service models.
